Meet Your Instructor
MA, LLB, TSTA(P,C) is a psychotherapist, trainer and consultant. She has a degree in Law and Masters in Psychology. She started training under Fr George in 1989 and took CTA in 1993 and TSTA in 2002. Now, She is an internationally accredited TSTA in the field of psychotherapy and Counselling. She is a Master Practitioner in NLP and has a Diploma in Child Development.
She has over 30 years of experience as counsellor, psychotherapist and trainer. She is the Managing Trustee of Centre for Holistic Integrated Learning and Development and the Director of Asha Counselling and Training Services. She is the life member of Kerala Counsellor’s association.
Saru is the Convenor of the International TA Conference, 1997 and 2004 and was a member of the Board of Certification, T&C Council – International Transactional Analysis Association, USA. She is the past president of the TA Study Circle of Coimbatore. She runs
TA training groups in Coimbatore, Chennai, Bangalore, Mumbai, Calicut and Bangladesh.
She is the first Asian recipient of Muriel James Living Principle Award in 2009 for her contribution in developing TA Professionals and disseminating TA in India. She was also a member of of the EBMA Committee of ITAA. Saru is past president of South Asian Association of Transactional Analysts (SAATA) and the recipient of Professional Excellence Award from SAATA.
MA, MBA(HR), PTSTA(O), CPP has International Accreditation as Certified Transactional Analyst – ITAA,USA and Provisional Teaching and Supervising Transactional Analyst in the organizational field.
He is a Certified Psychodrama Practitioner, Master Practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming and a TA101 Instructor, has facilitated workshops in national and International conferences.
He is a Secretary and Counsellor in Asha Counselling and Training Services and a Treasurer in South Asian Association of Transactional Analysts (SAATA). He is Certified in REBT, ‘Gestalt therapy’ and has been a
faculty for ‘Certificate in Applied Basic Counselling Skills – CABCS’.
He has over 20 years of experience in Counselling, Coaching, training & development and facilitates organisational counselling, Personal counselling, Group counselling, and Marital counselling. As trainer in Junior Chamber, a global organisation for Leadership Development, he has conducted Personality, Leadership, Business and Faculty Development programmes in schools, colleges and business organizations.
He is certified in six sigma green belt and with his unique blend of technical and behavioural
skills, he has seen remarkable shift and change amongst his colleagues in building a successful work atmosphere leading to improved productivity.
He is a visiting faculty in MSME (Micro Small Medium Enterprises) and was the President of TA Study Circle of Coimbatore. He is a Past President of Jaycees Coimbatore Indcity and was also a Zone Editor of Zone 17 JCI India. He has trained over 16,000 Entrepreneurs, Faculties, Executives, Supervisors, Factory employees, Teachers, Parents & Social workers. Thousands of Students also got benefited through Training, Counselling and Coaching. He was a member of EBFF (Eric Berne Fund for Future), International Transactional Analysis Association, USA.
